This service is tailored for individuals during their career change, when faced with redundancy, voluntary unemployment or job relocation. To ensure that your staff are fully supported, we offer one-to-one coaching, CV construction and interview preparation. We can also link into our confidence-building and motivational training programme, where this may be beneficial to an individual.

The program will help personnel set goals and remove any obstacles to their on-going success. They will be taken through the steps of identifying the type of job they are seeking, analysing the job market and locating suitable employers, assessing their strengths and competencies and developing a professional CV.

This service will also teach individuals how to find and prepare for interviews, and how to develop an effective interview technique, plus a wealth of other tips on how to make their achievements and successes work for them.
